There's a lot of invisible work behind building a community that aligns with the unique vision of your small business, organization, or creative practice. From your core mission and internal culture to the way people experience your work in the world, every part of your organization communicates who you are and why it matters.

The Growth Lab is a hands-on workshop designed for founders, organizational leaders, creatives, and community builders who want to strengthen their brand, clarify their mission, and design more meaningful experiences for the people they serve.
Together we’ll explore how strong organizations align their values and messaging into events and experiences to build community with a clear vision.
