I’m Drusilla Cowan, a community cultivation specialist and corporate event planner in New Orleans helping organizations build meaningful connection through a blend of art + science.

I approach communities like living systems, so my work is rooted in the same principles I learned as a biologist and artist:

For those whose engagement feels stagnant: a 3-4 week strategic alignment designed to create conditions for growth. Audit your current engagement, identify gaps, and create a roadmap for participation that works.

Initiative Incubator

Bring your next launch, campaign, or flagship events from idea to activation. We'll start with a 4-hour lab to develop a process roadmap, and then spend 4-9 months executing your program. I'll lead the process, so you can focus on the work you do best.

Engagement Ecosystem

Plan for the long term and optimize procedures for your community engagement based on data. This 12-month program kicks off with a full-day connection lab for you team that drives programming year-round.
